Sir we won a recruitment case against ssc in January 2023 we filed contempt of court as they did not comply in May they approached High court almost in November last year till then they just dodged cat contempt case and cat just gave them more dates and later disposed our contempt as it was pending in high court .High court upheld cat decision and allowed 6 weeks to comply.Ssc did not comply.we revived contempt and next date is 27 of this month.Still they are not complying. Why court is so helpless against ssc. Can they again just take 1 more year and then go to supreme court and just waste our career which has not even started yet. Do we have any option to approach higher courts since cat won't do anything apart from giving them more time. We are loosing hope, area almost 4 years have been wasted .we are all beyond 30 years with no future in sight
