Gift deed can be made by 2 Donor in name of 2 Donee in a single deed

A plot with undivided share in name of joint owner ( Me and My Bhabhi) registered through Power of Attorney can transfer their share to 2 donee ( My son and Me) through a single gift deed or they have to do two separate deed (* separate for each donee). I want to transfer my share to my son and my Bhabhi want to transfer her share to me as gift. By doing this Title of the property will transfer in name of Me and My son or something other option I have.

As per your query, it is unnecessart to go for two gift deeds.  You have already half share in undivided and unspecified property.  so your bhabhi may gift her undivided and unspecified share to your son.

one of my friend married with someone that person already having wife then second wife got register marriage husband having own property and ancestor property how second wife got legal rights to entire property then what is the procedure for husband doing gift deed for second wife
