Provisions for filling additional documents in high court jn writ petition

Dear all,

1. What are the provisions for filing additional documents by respondent in a writ petition in high court 

2. An IA is filed  for vacating stay by respondent. Citations has to filed can a memo be filed along with Citations. Request to clarify please.

Additional documents can be filed by petitioner under Order VII Rule 14(3) CPC.

Citations can be filed at the time of arguments, you do not need to file a memo or any separate petition for this.

Even if you want to add additional documents during the hearing, you can file an additional type set giving the descripttion of the documents that you intend to file
