Hi ,

I need judgements related to 498a.
If husband and wife living in Delhi after marriage and wife preparing to file 498a in UP after failed to convince Delhi Police of her false claims.

Nothing will happen.
The Supreme court in recent S K Kashyap case has ruled that the 498A case is maintainable even from the parental address of the wife.
