Lowering of maintenance amount to wife

Dear Ld. Members:

The Hon'ble Munsiff Court has granted monthly maintenance allowance of Rs.3500/-to the estranged wife. The husband is unemployed and has no known source of income.

...will be glad if some good citations are quoted that will enable me to negate and nullify the Hon'ble Munsiff Court's decree/order in the Court(s) above.
