Case stuck at consideration

(Querist) 01 May 2024 This query is : Resolved
From last 8 months and 5 dates has passed and my case is stuck at Consideration application u/o 6 rule 17 cpc.
The other part is waisting our and courts time.
Can we speed up or ask to move ahead.
kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 01 May 2024
You can request the court for speedy disposal of the case. Consult your advocate.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 01 May 2024
You have filed the application seeking amendment, the respondent has a right to file his objection after application is numbered by court.
Thus 5 dates after filing the application is not an inordinate delay, it is routine.
You better instruct your lawyer to put pressure on court in case the opponent is intentionally dragging the case without any valid reason.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal Online (Expert) 02 May 2024
If opposite party is delaying in filing reply/objections and disposal of petition filed by you u/order 6 rule 17 cpc then your lawyer should make objections in this regard and prey to court for early disposal of petition.

What is the Case No.? Which Court?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 11 May 2024
This is a repeated question, he has already posted the same matter in a different thread pertaining to the same case.
P. Venu (Expert) 11 May 2024
Yes, it is the same case. I have already posted the following Observation therein.

"The proceedings, as seen from e-court, is quite expeditious, by Indian standards. Pleadings have been completed and issues, framed. Recording of evidence is held up only because of the amendment application moved by the defendants."
