    One item worth Rs 20000/- was ordered by me on a E comerce Website . As the Power Supply was not included I asked the site to provide names of Sellers from where I could purchase the it which is not available in India . However this E commerec website is Denying to provide names of Sellers or the Power Adapter which a necessary component for the product to be operational. company used deceptive online practices to facilitate the fraud and now is denying a REFUND or the Power Adapter

    I purchased a product worth 20000/- from a reputable E-commerce website . I received it after payment however , the special Power adapter was not in the box This power adapter is not available in India . I asked the company to provide details of their Merchant so that I could purchase it It has been more than two months but  the Company is REFUSING to Refund or TO PROVIDE THE CONTACT DETAILS or to provide power adapter I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND WHICH THEY ARE REFUSING  PLEASE HELP

    My  house which was  insured but was  damaged by a third party,  I immediately informed  the  Insurer  Home Insurance under  Fire Policy covered Riot, Strike and Malicious Damage  or  external violent means directly caused to the property insured) , therefore UNDER WHICH  CONSUMER LAW  can I  raise a claim with my OWN INSURER .  Thanks you Sir
