Sir,
I bought 1 unit in one of the navi mumbai housing society in 2007. due to some issue construction delayed. now i started to constuct my row house. but the society asking me to pay developement charge which is र 25000/- because of the empty unit.
It wil take more two month to construct my row house.
til now i paid all the bills n whatever concerns abut the unit, i dont have any due in the society.
Please give me information about the developement charges asking by the Housing society to me.
