I was married to girl 30 years back.She dont have childern.she cheated me and made property(Which is purchased by me)in her name.She had froden me and left me 30 years back by taking money,jewel,propery. And also filed case against me and claimed 50000.Know she is planning to give property to her brother. I then married to 2nd girl where in I have 3 sons. Query:How can I/my 2nd wife/my 2nd wife sons get my property back.Can I file cheating case against her

Hi,

My first wife went to registration office in my absence  and forced seller of property to do registration in her name.
