During these process my grandmother has register the property to there name. Both parties agreed with by writing in stamp paper . But Khata is not transfer .During my grandmother  paying full amount of Rs2000 ,neighbors did not accepted money, he told that there is no property registration is not happening in government  ,When registration stars he can register back .During these process he taken  rs 1500 and  rs 500 balance .In Agreement stamp paper he has wrote that ""when registration start he can accept balance amount  of  rs 450 and can register back". And he died. He did not registered back us.

Till now we are living here we only paying tax and Khata is still in the name of my grandmother.

But now there son and daughters are giving torture to us  to vacant the property ,For these torture we have filed case against them ,since from  3 years .till now case has not came for  evidence .Please help me how to resolve these case as soon as possible.
