According to the situation elaborated by you, I wish to tell you that yes, a lawyer who has enrolled themselves can take admission in LL.B.(H) course, but as per the latest Bar Council of India rules, the maximum age at which a candidate can take admission in a 3 year LL.B. course is 45 years, up from the earlier limit of 30 years. So if the candidate fulfills the age requirement, they can take admission in the course.

Yes, the candidate can also take up B.Sc. in Psychology after enrolling themselves as a lawyer. There is no limitation in this case.

Hope the query is resolved.

The answer to your is simply "Yes". Any person who has completed his/her LL.B course be it the 3 years course or the 5 year integrated course is completely eligible to get enrolled as an Advocate.

You may pursue LL.M or not this doesn't matter, after LL.B you can enroll yourself as an advocate.
