Can a property be willed to 2 people in consequetive sequence

'A' is the owner of a property. She wants to WILL it to her husband post her death and post the husbands death, she wants it to be transfered to her son. If she words her WILL in such a way where she clearly mentions that the property will go to her husband on her death and on his death to her son, can the husband post the death of his wife WILL this property to any other person?
