Cma case type

Dear Learned Advocates,

We have a new case ( of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal type) posted this Friday and this is presented before the Chief Judge at the Civil Court. I would like to know whether this matter would be disposed off in a few hearings or not as I was told that matters before Princial judges or Chief Judges would be disposed off in a shorter time unike trial courts.

Thanks

unless notice served to opposite party, filed written statement etc, no courts dispose of any applications.

In general any appeal including CMAs are disposed expeditiously.

However it depends on certain factors involved in it.
