How to present the epfo statement and house property details in evidence?

Respected Sir/Madam,

How to present the EPFO statement of establishment where wife works and  house property details of wife in Cr.PC 340 ex parte evidence?

EPFO statement from EPFO website 

And the house details from Nagar Nigam website.

Is above documents need certified before presenting to court during exparte evidence or I can directly took the print out and submit.

If the said information is available in the website of the concerned organisation in the public domain, then you can take a printout and produce it before court stating that it is an online copy which do not require signature or any kind of authentication for considering it as an evidence

EPFO may not share statement of account under RTI but they can provide information as to whether "X" is employed in"Y" company.

Because wife filled false information regarding her job status in affidavit and got favorable interim maintenance order from court.

After knowing her job status I filled 340 crpc separate case against him taking the reference of EPFO info.

You can as well get the direction issued from the Court for discovery and production of documents. However, in considered opinion, your priority ought to have been in getting the Order for interim maintenance set aside. A proceeding under Section 340 CrPC have their inherent limitations.
