LEASE DEED This Lease Deed is made between Mr.\Miss \Mrs.

Whereas, the Lessor is the owner in possession of the property

6. The lessee will keep the property in good condition. He has to pay for any damage etc during his possession.

Sir, i think it would be better if you describe the measurements and details of the property in a schedule appended to the deed and refer the same as schedule property in the deed. isnt it? thank you for sharing your knowledge with us sir.

Sir,
I think 2 more clauses are to be added:
1. Clause specifying the period of lease. That this lease is for a period of say 11 months from ............ to ......................
2. That the Lessor and the Lessee mutually agrees to terminate the lease by serving one month's notice.
