removal of beehive outside buildings in a cooperative housing society

respected learned lawyers

in our cooperative housing society, there are large number of beehives found hanging outside almost all buildings.

who is responsible for removing these beehives, i.e., members or society from safety points of views and to avoid biting 0f beehives

your valuable legal opinion would be highly appreciated.

Pest-control in the common area of the building is the responsibility of the Society. Our Society regularly does it. If the beehive is in the common area of the Society is the responsibility of the Society. The Society can call a pest control agency and get it done. If it is in a flat belonging to a member, it is the member's responsibility.

Compounding issues. If youe society ignores the bee hive within the complex and don't call a bee pest control company, the bee colony may split and form additional homes. Also, a new colony of bees may decide to take up residence near the house.

Your society is responsible for clearing this beehive under its own funds.
