Sir, The honourable judge has given an order in favour of me.Heard the respondents are going for an appeal. I got the order after an ordeal of 10 years.Now I want to know abt the appeal procedure and how much ordeal I have to endure.

In case they prefer any appeal you may have to challenge the same on merits.
What is your worry about procedure?
If the aggrieved party prefers an appeal your advocate will receive notice after which he will let you know further process

There is no provision for so-called "writ appeal" in India, enlighten us, if you find any such law.
