Sir, doctor saying NO to see me becuz elephant destroy my home and I was upset, doctor give me free medicine. But after two days I was drinking a bit and by accident I got in fight with nurse...and broke doctors treatment instrument. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. Now he tell me not to come to his clinic and refuse to see me. What to do.

The doctor is well within his rights to refuse to allow you into his clinic owing to his safety issues.
you should feel lucky for the doctor not making a police complaint against him.
In the given situation you cannot maintain any complaint against the doctor nor can demand him to allow you to his clinic

docor appears right. He should have handed over you to police if you (i) destroy his property (ii) fight with staff . your claim it as accident because elephants have damanged your property is not valid.
