Defective Planning and Haphazard Implementation of Delhi Gov

Transport Operator`s and Labour Welfare Association of Delhi (Regd.) request to Honorable President of INDIA, Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Of INDIA, Home Minister of INDIA, Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, Chief Minister of Delhi, Minister of Finance, Transport & Chief Secretary by memorandum that State Transport Authority of NCT of Delhi provide Wrong, Ill eagle & Unlawful Decision with Malefid intention against the Principal of Natural Justice and defined that Govt. of NCT of Delhi should not escape the responsibility of resettlement of displaced person along with International Standard Bus Services to the citizen of NCT of Delhi.
In his memorandum they clarify that we are working as NGO from last five years for Road Safety, Smooth & Disciplined Operation of Buses on Roads of NCT of Delhi. They clarify that we are repeatedly acknowledging to higher authorities about the gap in ground realities and working of Transport Department. Due to this gap Disciplined operation of Busses could not be achieved by any scheme and they clarified that by despite of verbal appreciation no sincere efforts have been taken by Transport Department, or Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
In next they defined that we are whistle blowers against the corruption and irregularities in the system and we already made various representations in writing and in person at all levels and channels.
In final they directory blamed and defined that Despite of learning lesson from previous mistakes done by STA is hiding fuss under the carpet, Thus Transport Department is running away from sharing the responsibility of DEATH of Hundreds of innocent people on Roads of NCT of Delhi. They informed that Defective Planning and Haphazard Implementation of Delhi Govt. RUIN EMPLOYMENT of 2.55 Lack persons and individuals investment of Rs. 500 Cr ores. whereas public operators himself presented one full solute scheme and Transport Department fall all in vain in vested interest without verified.
In their memorandum they request that in the Interest of Justice and Livelihood of 2.5 lack persons and their family members who are depending on this only for their BREAD & BUTTER Vary and provide justice.
