condem of high court oder

Hi All, would like to have  the advise over a case which is still in process in high court!

there was a quashe of FIR registerd, court has order on 22-april-2008 stay on proceedings to state as well as to the concern PS & IO till 8th of may 2008, but the IO on 2nd of may 2008 filed the charge sheet,  and on 8th of may court has asked the explaination about inspite the stay on the proceeding why? the charge sheet have been filed, now in reply the cocern IO has demanded the unconditional apologies from the court that she(IO) did not know the "Stay". Pls. advise me how to proceed further in this case, in this conection one of the person of IO has come to threat us not to take further steps in court against her(IO).... Pls. advise me how go about this!!
