TRANSPORT OPERATORS & LABOUR WELFARE ASSOCIATION FILLED WRIT

Transport Operators and Labour Welfare Association Of Delhi filled writ petition(c) in  Honorable High Court OF Delhi against the New Scheme of buses allotment notice issued by DIMTS under TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT OF GNCTD DELHI, that Transport Department issued notice to private stage carriage operators that they  come in a group of hundred with   co-operative and renewed there permits and now they annouc that only corporate apply for bids/ qualification.

Transport Operators and Labour Welfare Association filled and prayed that Direct to  Transport Department that they allow the bid for co-operative and give priority to old operators co-operative as they early annouced.
