Gandhiji said, 'Intellectually, mentally, and spiritually, woman is equivalent to a male and she can participate in every activity.'

Why women's day is only celebrated why men’s day is not as history is only known mostly by men?

International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8 to celebrate women's achievements throughout history and across nations.

International Women's Day is all about unity, celebration, reflection, advocacy and action - whatever that looks like globally at a local level. But one thing is for sure, International Women's Day has been occurring for well over a century - and continues to grow from strength to strength.

So to strengthen women’s only an international celebration is enough though this day had played a vital role of awareness regarding women’s condition but that’s can’t be enough to bring them to a position of equality in society.

Recent the world has witnessed a significant change and attention shift to both women's and society's thoughts about women's equality with equal treatment. Many from a younger generation may feel that 'all the battles have been won for women' while many feminists from the 1970's know only too well the longevity and ingrained complexity of patriarchy. With more women in the boardroom, greater equality in legislative rights, and an increased critical mass of women's visibility as impressive role models in every aspect of life, one could think that women have gained true equality. The unfortunate fact is that women are still not paid equally to that of their male counterparts, women still are not present in equal numbers in business or politics, and globally women's education, health and the violence against them is worse than that of men. However, great improvements have been made. We do have female astronauts and prime ministers, school girls are welcomed into university, women can work and have a family, women have real choices. And so each year the world inspires women and celebrates their achievements Peace but also at the same time facing contrast treatment given to them in society.

In India there are various provision to empower, enhance womens condition in society, like: [Article 51A(e)][Article 15(3)] [Article 243-D(3)]. [Article 243-D (4)][Article 243-T (3)][Article 243-T(4)].

Having several provisions still crime against women have more than doubled over the past ten years, according to latest  data released by the National Crime Records Bureau along with recently I learn from newspaper that a girl child of 5year of age was raped by a boy who is himself of 12 years have done this and As many as 2.24 million crimes against women were reported over the past decade: 26 crimes against women are reported every hour, or one complaint every two minutes, reveals an India Spend analysis based on the last decade’s data. To properly understand the enormity of the problem of women's safety in our country, consider this: At a time when multiple sexual assault cases have been reported in Bangalore, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, a man posted a "prank video" on YouTube, in which he basically molests women and then runs away. Source: from the Indian express.

At least two more cases of molestation have been reported after the incident of a woman being groped and assaulted by two scooter-borne men was highlighted in the media. Are these provisions are enough in present? No...From childhood we all are taught to behave, to respect, to talk, to walk and all but what happened at last that women face inequality or inferiority complex in society. Even though if we look at the representation of women in pictures-sex and beauty, in advertisement girl running away for beauty and body and to prove this there are several products in cream which guarantees that you use our product you will be very fair and then you can ask for your rights to your parents.

Observing all these and being women: Do I also have to join one of the traditions of feminism. In present scenario with knowledge of every complexity of society towards women which effectively made me to write this I would choose radical approach because Radical feminism believes that sexism is so deeply rooted in society that the only cure is to eliminate the concept of gender completely. How would this be possible? Radical feminism is the most extreme form.

Radical feminists suggest changes, such as finding technology that will allow babies to be grown outside of a woman's body, to promote more equality between men and women. This will allow women to avoid missing work for maternity leave, which radical feminists argue is one reason women aren't promoted as quickly as men. In fact, radical feminists would argue that the entire traditional family system is sexist. Men are expected to work outside the home while women are expected to care for children and clean the house. Radical feminists note that this traditional dichotomy maintains men as economically in power over women, and therefore, the traditional family structure should be rejected.

Radical feminists emphasize their difference from men. They form groups that exclude males completely. This type of feminist highlights the importance of individual feelings, experiences and relationships. Choosing any tradition I would, having strong faith that one day may be women will be actually treated equally enjoying their inherent rights.

But Feeling of inferiority is so deeply rooted in women’s mind that they have to take a support of approaches or tradition just to convey a message that treat us equally we are not weak or different, we also can do what you can. Looking at the above history for equal treatment women have to make a tradition like feminism and what was its impact that it comes to knowledge of every individual that raising of voice have yet started so now coming today :Being women shall I have to start a new approach asking my inherent rights to walk safely at night as I had fear in my mind like Nirbhaya or Bangalore  molest case at new year eve, our Indian society have to wait for another incident like Delhi-rape case to make a strict law for crime like rape adding I also have to ask to don’t judge me by my body, and this one is my favorite don’t scan my body I don’t like this Is only that is my existence, my body.

WE ALL TALK ABOUT SOCIETY HAVE WE EVER THOUGHT

Society comes from us we all are taught to do certain things in our mind from childhood everything is fill up in our mind nothing can start by itself mind have to command it if it comes today necessary than to uproot the cause of inequality the situation is every parent of every house, have to teach their child and to bear them in their mind to respect women equally. Parents have to teach their girl child to stand and live life in their own conditions rather depending upon your husband, to educate yourself up to extent that after worst situation like divorce you did not had to file petition asking maintenance to husband or from us. You are also a human being, you also exist here for the sake of your existence, individual identity, you live your life but at the same time, be strong and independent.
