Online single window launched for ease of doing business in Chandigarh

Sh. V.P. Singh Badnore, the Governor of Punjab and Administrator, U.T., Chandigarh has launched an Online Single Window System for ease of doing business in Chandigarh.

Investors can take online permissions and approvals in a time bound schedule from related departments like Estate Office, Labour Department, Chandigarh Municipal Corporation and Engineering Department etc. for setting up new Business or to get renewals of permissions from connected departments of Chandigarh Administration on http://eodb.chd.gov.in domain.

This development of getting online permissions and renewal of permissions will cut down unnecessary delays for setting up of new business and will also allow to carry out the existing businesses without many hassles.

Benefits of Online Single Window System:

1. Investor shall be facilitated to file a unified Common Application Form (CAF) related to setting up of new project.

2. Investor will have to follow simple process of getting registered on website and can avail approval and renewal services after login.

3. Fixing of time bound schedule for approvals by the departments.
