Please help me to draft 156(3) CRPC I am acting as petitioner on behalf of my father in law .I am sending you rough draft , this is regarding non receiving of NOC Letter which is issued from Revenue dept. before registry of the land . This is land matter in which registry has been done basis of fake signature of villagers . And NOC letter is not given to any land account holder .Thanks
