I have a small peice of land in Aurangabad & also have procurred Praman Patre for the local thashildar.
Wanted to know if i could buy a land in maharastra which has 32G section on the paper & what is the procedure to buy it.
Agent claims i should pay 10 % as token & do a news paper search for 7-10 days & then
Later i should pay 80 % of the decided amount do a Satekarar & get the power of attorney vai legal agreement.
later he would get the 32G removed off the land & get the Karidhi kath on my name.
Is this the right way ? any chances of getting conned ??
