They appealed in District court. One of the persons absconded to some other country and just stated filing absent petitions in district court now.
Can girl file Passport seize petition and another petition requesting Indian Embassy to provide his travelling details of other country in District court to prove it?
There are VERY HIGH chances that this appeal will be DISMISSED soon.
So, Shall wait for this district court order so they will be sent to JAIL?
Because, if any person is absconding without attending judgement, then anyways NBW will be issued and will be PUT INTO JAIL after he is arrested by POLICE, CORRECT?
