498a quashing in high court

Quashing of FIR for S498a IPC from High Court possible if both parties compromised their matrimonial disputes. The High Court will like affidavit of both parties of the compromise and for that presence of you wife in High Court will be required. If she's not responding to the High Court summon the quash petition get delayed even for months so better get your wife ready for it. I'm not sure what sort of advocate you had who got matter settled between both of you if he couldn't get all these issues agreed before filling for divorce by mutual consent. It so happens when you engage inexperienced lawyers for job.
