Access to documents using rti

Hi All,

I have a BDA NOC site and its DC converted with Khatha from Village and not from BBMP.  Curious to know whom and all should I be approching for all documents using RTI?  What documents will I get from BBMP, Revenue, Taluk Office? 
Basically, inorder to verify, if the site belongs to me what documents that I need to fetch and from whom? 
Can I get a map which shows the location of my site in the overall map?  If yes, from whom can I get it?
