Hello,
I bought a land through power of attorney. The sale deed has survey numbers 100/1 , 100/2 but the power attorney which i have given to my father has 2 additonal survey numbers 99/1,99/2 along with 100/1 and 100/2 in the property details section all other details represent the same info as in sale deed.
Is there an issue in this transaction, is it a minor or major issue , if major how can we clear it?
