Advise on defamation case after aqcuittal in 498a

Mam you are right.. But guess what, women have made enough mockery of law, that in a few days, government might have to amend this stupid 498a in such a way that it will protect men as well from being misused. 

Not to worry, stringent laws might be loosen up in their stance since fake and false cases are very much happening. Day is not very far. 

A few Immoral and indecent women are responsible for this. There are hardly any women who have actually suffered going to courts. Its only those who want to misuse are misusing in great number.

i havent read nisha sharma's case. 

i dont understand what do women get through this 498 a case.

lakhs of money is spent by girls family if case is filed in court..

n if they lodge fir in police station than they get govt lawyer who often take money from opposite party and cheat the girls party.

what benefit do they get fighting a false case for years n years? this is the question.

@ Monika....No one is arrested in 498a complaint. In any state of the country. You can not arrest any person on mere allegation of any women. RApe is different.
