ज़िला उपभोक्ता फोरम के समक्ष  क्या अधिवक्ता द्वारा अपने मुअक्किल की ओर से शपथ पत्र दिया जा सकता है ? विशेष तौर पर कंपनियों के मामले में । Is it possible & legal to submit an affidavit before the district redressal forum through his advocate on the behalf of his client? especially in the companies case/matter.
