Agreement format required

Hi,

I am entering in to a contract with a vendor to run college canteen on behalf of the vendor.He is having legal contract with college.I would run the canteen as the vendor will delegate the authority to me.

I want to have a legal doc to avoid future complications.

When you want to run the canteen on behalf of the vendor, you can do so after getting a Pwer Of Attorney for the same from him duly verifying his agreement with the college authorities whether he has got any right to do so.
