U GIVE A APPLICATION TO THE TALATI AND ATTACH ALL DOCUMENTS TRUE COPY (LIKE SALE DEED, INDEX - 2) AND RECEIVED THE COPY AFTER 35 DAYS YOUR NAME TRANSFER IN REVENUE RECORDS IF ANY OBJECTION FROM OLD OWNER AT THAT TIME TALATI INFORM YOU AND YOU GIVE A ANSWER. ,

If teh purchase is through a  registered  sae deed , the revenue authority is bound to  effect  transfer  and  make mutation accordingly in your favor, you  can  submit  an applicationb  along with   copy of sale  deed . it will be mutated in yopur name dispite the objection  in which  case    it  will be  resolved through process of  disputed entries

As per mr bharatkumar advice apply to patwari he will enter 6a register and take the effect on 7/12 by pencil, simultaneously issue notices to previouse owners if they they take objection circle will make the inquiry , in your case there is no such point in case of registered sale deed to entertain the objection so they will be ruled out and your entry on ROR will be confirmed.
