I am partial owner of an agriculutural land in Maharashtra. The 7/12 document lists the names of all owners, including mine, but does not include who owns how much share of the land.
Is one of us allowed to sell their share without the consent of the other owners? Does the new owner have a right to have their name included on the 7/12 document? Does the new owner have a right to have included the squarefootage of the portion they own on the 7/12?
Is there an online marketplace for selling shares of an undivided land?
