I seek legal assistance in the matter pertaining an undivided Property share (a portion of xxxx in the city of xxx) of Late Sh. xxxx to be divided amongst its 5 legal heirs. The property is now being illegally occupied and possessed by one of younger kid for his personal, Business use. He played smart and has taken possession of all the property papers (no other copy is available) and property keys and now is using the property as he deems fit.
And overturned plans to amicably settle the dispute with a keen interest in illegally occupying and keeping the property to themselves only for their ulterior motives.
I have the following queries:
1. How can I ensure the property is identified as disputed and prevent xxxx from illegally occupying and using the subject property for his personal, Business use including further selling it, letting it, leasing it, and or re-distribution?
2. How can I get my legal dues settled in this case and get compensation of my share in the said property?
