ANCESTROL LAND

Sir,

My great grand father gifted a piece of land to my grand mother, but my uncle playing smart act and trying to swallow full property without giving a share to his sisters. Now my grandmother gave power of attorney to my uncle and my uncle trying to sale that property.

(a)    Is there any rights for my mother in that land.

(b)   If then whats my next action

Regards

Is your grandmother living? If she is dead, the POA is not valid I think.
