First Year
• Contract Law
• Banking Law
• Corporate Law
• Industrial Relations Law
• Environmental Law
Second Year
• Investment Laws
• Insurance Laws
• Law relating to Foreign Trade
• Intellectual Property Law
• Taxation of Corporations
Each theory paper carries 50 marks. The candidate has to submit a project for each paper, which carries 20 marks, viva-voce based on the Project, carries 10 marks and Module Assignment carry 20 marks.
Annual examination would be held in June and the supplementary in January / February, every year. To evaluate the performance, grading system is followed. Minimum B grade (50% marks) is required to be obtained. The Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) should be an aggregate of 3.00 to complete the course.

Hello,
Thanks both of you for this response. What I am also interested is what kind of opportunities this course opens up?
I am aware how prestigious the institution is but I wanted to know how much demand/awareness is there about the course in industry, the course being a distance learning course.
Lastly how useful will this course be for someone who is not from legal profession
