Ours is a 9 flat luxurious scheme(Pune city) and builder has suggested to form apartment for which he has asked us to nominate chairman, secretary and treasurer.
Can you please help me to know what are the responsibilities of the above mentioned roles??
Also while forming apartment we want to lay down certain disciplinary rules and regulations for the convenience of the members of the building and in future avoid any disputes.
Is ther any way through which we all member can make an MOU and register it and make it legal binding for all of us??
