now my husband is going for appeal
can he do so?
i think i month time is only there for appeal?

mere prefer an appeal is not sufficient to execute the order unless stay granted by the appellate court normally the courts are directed the appellants to pay the half of the amount of the lower courts order.appeal in similar cases only for the purpose of time.
