Appeal to resolve query about appealing in high court

10 days back,I appeared in Delhi High Court as a proposed buyer for a particular property.Even after giving the highest bid the deal was not given to me.It was decided by the Judge that deal was going to be given to the other Bidder.

2 days back,there was another date.I did not appear at that date as I could not figure out what to do till that point of time.

Now I feel that injustice was done to me because I was the best/highest buyer for that property.

I wanna file an appeal, can I do that?

How much time I have for filing the appeal?

Will the appeal be filed in the same Court or some other Court?

What more precautions to be taken??
