Appearing self for case

Absolutely yes.. You can appear in your own case representing yourself anywhere.. In any case in any court in India.. This question has been asked many times in this site in other forums.. The answer is always yes..

It    is   true    that   A   person    can   plead   his   case   in   any   Court.    But   in   my   case   the    Presiding   Magistrate   forced   me   to   engage   a   Pleader   &    I    was    bound   to    engage   an   Advocate.   In   this    case  what   shall   be   the   next    thing   to   be   done???   Whether   the   Magistrate    is   right??   If   NO,   what   action   can   be   taken   against   the   Magistrate??  To   whom,   I   shall   approach??
