I am the chairperson of coop society and want to ask is it necessary to appoint the lawyer by society when we have already appointed Project management counsultant. Please guide

It is a decision to be taken in the MC meeting based on the requirements of the society.
If there's no purpose solved by this appointment then there may not be any necessity to appoint a lawyer.
