Arbitration -lease agreement

If there is a clause of Arbitration in the lease agreement, can the parties still approach the Court in case of dispute.

Courts can be approached only for interim reliefs. Or for appointment of arbitrator.

in case the agreement contains arbitration clause and it is your case that the clause was obtained force , fraud, etc then you have to move suit for declaration. in absence u r bound by the agreement. i f agreement names the arbitrator any party can move before arbitrator without any direction of court other wise in absence of the name of arbitrator and on e party not ready for arbitration the party can move the High Court for appointment of the same.
