Attendant child ratio in creche

hi

i wanted to know what is prescribed child attendant ratio in creche provided by factory under factory act 1948.

ours is a govt. factory. i have already reffered factory act and as well as uttar pradesh factory rules. Neither of them give any refernce to answer my query.

pls tell me if there is any other reference where all rules of creche can be accessed
