Bail bond and surities

Sir,
we have been asked to apply for regular bail before the regional magistrate for section 498-A/406
In such case, whether magistrate can ask to furinsh bail bond with surties?
In the absence of surites, whether bail can be declined?
Whether we have to arrange the surities on the spot?
We are residing in Delhi, whether we have to bring the sureties before the authorities?

In case sureties don't have time to accompany us in different state, how can we arrange such sureties?

The magistrate will order to execute bail bond with sureties. Sureties are required to be present before the court and they have to execute bonds. If you are unable to procure sureties then, you can pray to the court for release on depositing of cash security.
