Bda lost the case against land owner

Thank you everyone for your valuable time.

There was a dispute of aquisition between BDA and land owner since 20 years and now the case is in favor of land owner. Meanwhile the BDA had bifurcated the land into 4 sites and auctioned the property while the cases were pending in various courts. Now the purchaser from the BDA have got katha in their name but they were not given any construction plan to built in the said land. Now the title is in favor of land owner and the purchasers of BDA are paying tax to BBMP till date.

My question is : If BDA directs BBMP for katha cancellation of purchasers as case is in favor of land owner. Can land owner enter into the property and demolish the compound made by purchaser of BDA?

(Apologies if any mistake is made)

Your lawyer is a competent, able and intelligent enough to satisfy you on the basis of complete information on the subject which cannot be presumed by experts on this platform on the basis of limited facts posted by you.

Besides this, local laws apply to your query, hence prefer to approach another local prudent lawyer with relevant records for proper appreciation of facts/documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding if you have lost faith in your lawyer.
