Dear Sir/Madam
I am a permanent BLO in my Constituency according to the VIDHAN SABHA ELECTION. But some days ago my local EO has been assign me a duty in the MC ELECTIONS to make new votes on another Booth.My question is that
1. is this right way
and sir i want to know that
1. Can i make a new vote without any ration card, if the applicant is confirmed and well known by me that he/she is the permament resident of the specified area given to me (FOR LOCAL MC ELECTIONS).
