Hello Sir, I am a software engineer.currently working in a reputed software company.During reccesion period i had to work for a sofware company which has one year one side bondd (which i knew it is illegal as per indian labours law)with me with bond value 50000 rs.But because of company's rough behavior i had to left the comapny after three months.After that comapany threaten me ,i got feared and i had to pay the half amount of money(25000) and rest of the amount by post dated cheque.but now i don't want to give the rest of the money .the cheques are bounced and now the comapny again threating me and told me to sue me in court.So my question is what he does is it legal or not?i dont have any problem to go to court.but i want to know am i legally fault by indian law.
Please notice:
1.I had to give the cheques after getting feared by his threat.
2.As per indian law money bond is illegal.
3. my cheques are bounced which i given to him
does indian law go with my situation or with him.Please reply me.Its urgent
