Brand didn't provide good service.

It's been around 45 days since my complaint for damage of my laptop , which is covered under both Onsite and Accidental Damage Protection warranty. But brand keep on delaying my repair. Few days ago they even picked up my laptop and now there in no response from them. What legal action can I take again brand.

You can send a legal notice to the company or you can file a complaint at the Consumer forum.
