Notification by the Chief Justice Dinakaran Karnataka High Court is canceeled by the Division Bench Judges UJustice N.Kumar and Srinivasgouda.
Chief Justice had issued a notification four notifications that writ petitions are to be filed in the Dharwad and Gulbarga, Karnataka High Court, Circuit Bench at Dharwad and Gulbarga only who comes within the jurisdiction of these courts.
The Division Bench has cancelled this notification stating that These circuit benches are the divisions of the High Court and client are free to file the writ petitions in the main HIgh Court according to their convinience and said that it is clear violence of rules and regulations of the High Court.
